Food Safety is our top principle of running the
production and delivery. LVS` target of providing safe, clean, pure and healthy
products has never been changed.
In 2002, a GMP control system has been set up
according to ICH Q7 guideline. This system has been well using at LVS to
control every step of operation from raw material incoming, seeds and oils
processing, till the shipment of final products.
In 2006 a HACCP system which was compliance with
standard HACCP-EC-01 has been set up as our food safety control management. In
this year, there were 4 critical control point (CCP) have been found out in our
production line.
In 2009, an updated food safety management system
has been set up for compliance with the standard of ISO 22000:2005. LVS was
audited by China Quality Certification Centre and was assessed to pass the requirements
of ISO22000 standard.
In 2015 LVS has set up a food safety traceability
system according to the new regulation of China Food Safety Law. This system tracks
every process of LVS products from the farmer who provides the raw material
till the shipment of finished products. Our processing trace information is demanded
to be examined by the China State Food and Drug Administration (CFDA).
